I am currently doing Hatch Athletic's second trimester program & will be continuing with the third trimester & most definitely the post natal program, this is my first pregnancy & I feel I would be lost without having found Kat & Hatch Athletic!

Did my first workout today and LOVED it. Have done HIIT for years so all pregnancy workouts were super boring and I was becoming demotivated. Today feels like I've trained for the first time in months, it's a great feeling. Can't wait to train tomorrow!
