Kat Suchet
Founder of Hatch & Women's Health Physiotherapist
Kat is a women’s health physio specialising in athletic populations. She's a former competitive CrossFit athlete, coach and PT, has worked in both Australia and the UK and runs her own clinic alongside Hatch Athletic. She lives in Wiltshire with her husband and two children, Ralph (5) and Maggie (2).

Aby Tobin
Women's Health Physiotherapist
Aby is a specialist Pelvic Health Physio on a mission to bring Sports Medicine and Pelvic Health together. Aby started her physiotherapy career over 10 years ago focusing on Sports Medicine having been a track and field athlete competing at national level. She worked with athletes across a wide range of sports from recreational to elite, with her passion being the exercise rehabilitation aspect of care.
She has been teaching perinatal exercise rehabilitation to health and exercise professionals for 4 years and works with patients all over the world who want her unique approach to navigating pregnancy and postpartum.
If she isn’t at her desk reading research or in clinic with a patient you will find her at the gym trying to become a CrossFitter or at the park with her 2 energetic boys!
Aoife Burke
Fitness Programmer & Athlete
Aoife has over 13 years of experience in the fitness industry, working with clients both online and in person. In recent years, she has developed a strong interest in female performance and training. For the past nine years, she has been a coach at CrossFit Shapesmiths, where she also leads the gym’s affiliate programming.
As an athlete, Aoife has competed at an elite level in CrossFit since 2017. She made her debut at the European Regionals in 2018 and has since qualified for the European Semi-Finals in 2022 and 2023. She has also competed at prestigious events such as Wodapalooza and the Dubai Fitness Championships, and claimed victory at the Arnold Fitness Games in 2022.
Dr Carys Webster
Sport & Exercise Medicine Doctor
Carys Webster is an NHS doctor who graduated from the University of Leicester in 2014 with a degree in Medicine, MBChB. Her passion for training and preventative medicine led her to complete a Masters degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine in 2022.
Alongside Carys' NHS role she currently works with British Gymnastics, Premiership Rugby and the Department of Health in their Physical Activity promotion campaign.

Aimee O'Keeffe
Sports Performance Nutritionist
Aimee's a Performance Nutritionist working at the highest level of elite sport. She is the Lead Performance Nutritionist for the England Red Roses and has previously supported Manchester United Women. Aimee also works in Formula 1 with Williams Racing, supporting both the pit stop crew and academy drivers.
Alongside her work in elite sport, Aimee runs her own online nutrition company, Committed Nutrition, where she supports elite athletes, high performers, and everyday individuals looking to make real, lasting changes to their health, habits, and performance.
She’s passionate about simplifying performance nutrition and creating positive, lasting impact—especially when it comes to fuelling female athletes with confidence. Aimee is driven to promote strong, empowering messages around food, fuelling, and performance. Expect expert support, practical advice, and a personal approach.

Hat Hewitt
Sports Therapist, Coach & Founder of MAP Online
Hat is the brains behind MAP Online, our partner who brings you all our online mobility programming. She has a masters degree in sports therapy and ten years experience working as a sports therapist and coach. She also co-owns her own CrossFit affiliate.
Hat has worked with both teams and individuals including: London Irish Rugby Club with the men’s premiership squad, Saracens Women’s Rugby Club, Slough Ladies hockey and England Students Rugby League.
Hat has a deep knowledge and understanding of ‘the female athlete’ and what is required to keep fit, healthy and injury free.
When Hat's not running MAP Online, she's coaching at her own CrossFit affiliate, or spending time with her wife and two children.

Elinor been working in counselling and psychology for over 18 years, with adults, young people, and couples.
Elinor's a qualified Relationship and Psychosexual Therapist, the result of 9 years of training. Elinor works with both couples and individuals using an integrative model to tailor the sessions to your unique needs. She is particularly passionate about helping women get their spark back.
She is an Accredited Member of NCPS (The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society) an Accredited Member of COSRT (The College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists) and a Resolution Associate Member.
